I had an urgent situation and needed a safe place for my cat to stay. From the moment I contacted them, everything was smooth and reassuring. The staff were incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful. One thing that immediately stood out to me was how exceptionally clean everything was. The hotel is spotless, fresh-smelling, and very well maintained. As a cat owner, cleanliness is one of my top priorities when choosing a boarding place, and this place exceeded my expectations. The hotel itself is cozy and welcoming, and it’s clear that the owner genuinely loves animals. Every cat is treated with so much care and attention. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of service they provide. I especially loved receiving regular photos and videos throughout my cat’s stay. It gave me complete peace of mind knowing he was happy, comfortable, and being looked after so well. The staff spent time playing with him, and he even seemed to enjoy making new furry friends during his stay. I also booked the bathing service, and when I picked him up, he looked absolutely adorable and smelled amazing. He came home looking like a little prince! It’s not easy to find a place you can fully trust with your beloved pet, but this cat hotel truly exceeded all my expectations. Clean, caring, professional, and reliable. This will definitely be our go-to cat hotel from now on. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of my Dustin! ❤️🐱

I had a really great experience here and couldn’t be happier with the service. The team was incredibly responsible, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout the entire stay. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my cat felt safe, comfortable, and well looked after. You can tell they truly care about the animals and put a lot of effort into maintaining a high standard of care. Everything was handled professionally and smoothly, which gave me a lot of peace of mind while I was away. เป็นโรงแรมที่ช่วยเหลือบ้านที่ลำบากตอนน้ำท่วม แถมยังดูแลดี แบบดีมากๆ ให้โอกาสน้องทำความคุ้นเคยกับที่ใหม่ๆ เข้าหาแมวเป็น มีรูป มีคลิปส่งมาให้ทุกวัน สถานที่สะอาด น่าไว้ใจ จากใจแม่แมว อยากแนะนำให้ทุกคนลองไปดูมากๆ

เอาน้องไปฝากที่โรงแรมนี้ ดูแลน้องดีมาก มีติดกล้องให้ดูเวลาคิดถึงน้องด้วย ตอนไปรับเหมือนน้องไม่อยากจะกลับเลย เจ้าของและพี่ๆที่ดูแลน้องใจดี ใจเย็นกันมากๆเลย ไว้จะใช้บริการอีกนะคะ
